1. Eligibility and Age Requirements

tkpk2 provides its services exclusively to individuals who meet the eligibility criteria set out in this section. Access to the platform is a privilege, not a right, and tkpk2 may refuse or restrict access at its sole discretion without obligation to provide reasons.

To be eligible for a tkpk2 account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are a natural person (corporate entities may not hold player accounts).
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order on any gambling platform.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.

2. Account Registration and Verification

To participate in any wagering activity on tkpk2, you must hold a verified personal account. Registration is free of charge and may be completed through the tkpk2 Login page. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration and to keep that information updated.

One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold only one active tkpk2 account. Duplicate accounts are strictly forbidden and will result in immediate suspension and forfeiture of any balances or bonuses held therein. If you believe a duplicate account has been created fraudulently using your details, contact support immediately.

• Valid date of birth confirming you are 21 or older.

KYC Verification

tkpk2 may at any time request documentary evidence to verify your identity, age, or payment method. This process, commonly referred to as Know Your Customer (KYC) verification, may require you to submit a national ID card, passport, birth certificate, or a recent utility bill. Failure to complete KYC verification within the specified time frame may result in account restrictions or withdrawal holds until compliance is confirmed.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

tkpk2 supports instant deposits and withdrawals for players in Bangladesh through a range of locally trusted payment channels. All financial transactions must be conducted through payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party funding is not permitted.

Accepted Payment Methods

Wagering Requirements

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tkpk2 platform and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds:

• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or loopholes. Any winnings arising from such exploitation will be voided.

6. Responsible Gaming

tkpk2 is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all players in Bangladesh. We believe that gambling should be a form of entertainment and must never be seen as a means of generating income or resolving financial difficulties. We encourage all players to set personal limits and to seek help if gambling begins to affect their personal or professional life.

Players may request deposit limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, or a full self-exclusion by contacting our support team. Once a self-exclusion is in place, tkpk2 will take all reasonable steps to prevent the excluded player from re-registering or accessing the platform during the exclusion period.

8. Account Suspension and Termination

tkpk2 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account under the following circumstances, without prior notice:

• Breach of any section of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information.
• Suspected money laundering, bonus abuse, or other fraudulent activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required time frame.

Upon account closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be reviewed and processed in accordance with our standard procedures, provided that no fraud or breach of terms has been identified. Balances associated with accounts closed for cause may be forfeited at tkpk2's discretion.

9. Limitation of Liability

tkpk2 provides its platform on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tkpk2 disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. tkpk2 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform or its services.

In no event shall tkpk2's total liability to any player exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the form of action, whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise.

10. Amendments to Terms & Conditions

tkpk2 may revise these Terms & Conditions at any time by updating this page. All amendments take effect immediately upon publication unless a specific effective date is stated. Where the changes are material, tkpk2 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification, but it remains your responsibility to check this page for the latest version.

If you do not agree with any revised terms, you must immediately stop using the tkpk2 platform and, if you wish, request account closure by contacting our support team. Continued use of the platform following publication of revised terms constitutes acceptance of those terms.
